本研究目的為利用重要-表現程度分析法(importance- performance analysis, IPA)探討使用者與管理者對自行車道環境屬性之重要性與表現程度差異。本研究選定三條不同類型車道作為研究基地,針對自行車使用者進行現地問卷調查,共得有效問卷300份,及調查管理單位相關人員,共得有效問卷27份。結果顯示,都會公園自行車道之改善重點為車道寬度、公共廁所及攤販管理;環市休閒自行車道之改善重點為生態保育;東豐自行車綠廊之改善重點為緊急設施。從使用者與管理者對車道環境屬性之重要性與表現程度來看,兩者在三條車道中的看法相差不大。在三條車道的環境屬性之表現程度結果顯示,以東豐自行車綠廊的表現最佳。研究結果可提供管理單位未來增設車道或管理維護現有車道之參考依據。
The purpose of this study is using importance–performance analysis (IPA) to investigate the importance placed on bicycle lane environmental attributes by cyclists and managers of varying their satisfaction regarding these environmental attributes. We used three types of bicycle lane as research sites and employed convenience sampling to select bicyclers for an onsite questionnaire survey. A total of 300 valid questionnaires were collected, and an additional 27 valid questionnaires were collected in a survey on management unit personnel. The results indicated that, for the Taichung Metropolitan Park Bicycle Lane, lane width, restroom, and vendor management must be improved. For Taichung Central City Leisure Bicycle Lane, ecological conservation must be improved. For the Tong-Fong Bicycle Green Corridor, emergency safety facilities required improvement. In the importance and performance of the environmental attributes by cyclists and managers, they have consistently ratings in the all bikeways. Tong-Fong Bicycle Green Corridor has better environmental attributes performance than others. These results can serve as a reference for designers and managers when constructing new bicycle lanes or managing and maintaining existing lanes in the future.
