The purpose of this study is to explore the willingness of elementary school teachers to use Kaohsiung City's "school repair management system". To use the technology acceptance model (TAM) and information system success model (ISSM) as the theoretical basis is to understand different personal background variables. The user's intentions and satisfaction with the use of the system, then further exploration of the relevance of the user's perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, use attitude, system quality, information quality, service quality, and willingness to reuse. This research method uses the literature review and questionnaire survey method. The questionnaire survey sampled the teachers of Kaohsiung National Elementary School as the subjects to conduct stratified sampling surveys. The formal questionnaires sent total of 31 national elementary schools. Total of 447 questionnaires were sent and 438 questionnaires were returned. The recovery rate was 97.9%, with 438 valid questionnaires and an effective questionnaire rate of 97.9%. After the questionnaire was recovered, the SPSS software was used for descriptive statistical analysis, reliability analysis of the questionnaire, single-factor analysis of variance, Pearson's correlation, regression analysis, and other statistical methods for data analysis. The following conclusions were obtained: 1. Users generally agree with Kaohsiung City's "School Repair Management System" and are willing to continue using it. 2. Users are generally satisfied with the use of Kaohsiung City's "School Repair Management System." 3. Use of the system users and the use of satisfaction significantly affect the re-usewillingness. The conclusions obtained in this study can be provided to the relevant departments of education administration, education personnel, and future researchers for reference.
