Wutai Township has a unique Rukai aborigine culture and a diverse and rich natural environment. However, socio-economic development and environmental changes, a large number of people have migrated out of indigenous communities due to employment problems, and young people's misunderstanding of the cultural preservation mission has accelerated Rukai. The loss of culture, the tourist patterns of foreign tourists walking around and browsed the vision, or the disorderly behavior of interfering with the lives of tribal people have caused many tourism problems and conflicts in the indigenous communities. The purpose of this research is to design a tour guide that can take into account environmental education, cultural preservation and local economic development through action research. That is, the introduction of a systematic theory, the integration of the Rukai aboriginal traditional knowledge and natural forest resources of the aboriginal community in Wutai Township, the development of in-depth tour guide training with cultural preservation, environmental education and science education, and the construction of Wutai Township. The tour commentary reservation system of the indigenous communities improves the tour commentary practice and development of the indigenous communities in Wutai Township. The establishment of a comprehensive tour explanation program will not only help the establishment and improvement of the quality of tourists and tourism, but also will be extremely helpful to the spread of the indigenous community culture and the promotion of job opportunities. The implementation of the practice will expand the friendly and mutually beneficial tourism resources and sustainable development for Wutai Township.
