This study aims to explore the relationship between background variables and three types of satisfaction, including satisfaction with health, body ration, and interpersonal communication. Based on this research, suggestions on the marketing will be made to the fitness industry. The subjects of this research are the members of fitness centers in central Taiwan who exercise regularly more than one month. They were required to fill in the questionnaires, which consist of personal information and questions on three types of satisfaction. Before the procedure of conducting survey, the questionnaire had been examined with the expert validity. There were 155 copies of questionnaire distributed, and 140 valid questionnaires were retrieved, making the retrieving rate at 90.3%. The statistics software IBM SPSS Statistics 23.0 was adopted for the t-test and One way ANOVA to analyze the influence of background variables on three types of satisfaction. The conclusion: (1) the variation of exercising habit and frequency caused significant differences in each type of satisfaction, (2) the variation of exercising duration caused significant differences in satisfaction with body ratio and interpersonal communication, (3) the central Taiwan differs significantly from the northern Taiwan in health satisfaction, and the same scenario also arose between the southern Taiwan and the north; the central Taiwan also differs significantly from the north in body ration satisfaction; as to the satisfaction with interpersonal communication, significant difference arose between the southern Taiwan and the north, (4) taking the coaching classes led to significant differences in health and body ration satisfaction, (5) significant differences were found between undergraduates and those with a job in three types of satisfaction; the former scored higher than the latter.
