     本文分析、比較、整理世界各國許多師資培育學程,並歸納出八種師資培育的理 念取向:人本取向、師範取向、博通取向、學術取向、實務取向、技術取向、社會取向、省 思取向。由於各種理念取向所強調的重點不一樣,對知識、教學、或教育的本質採取不一樣 的看法,對「教師」這個概念也賦予不同的角色印象,因此不管在課程結構、課程內容、或 教學活動設計上都呈現出不同的面貌。本文除了探討這八種理念取向之精神與意涵外,並分 別介紹各種理念取向中一些具有代表性的師資培育學程,做為各種理念取向的典範,然後對 各種理念取向做簡單的評析。
