題名:學習能力與組合方式對學生學習成就與互動行為的影響

     本研究主要目的在探討在合作學習情境下,不同能力學習者的組成方式,及其在 學習過程中的互動行為對運動認知學習成效的影響。本研究採用實驗研究法,隨機抽取中正 大學學生 80 名為受試對象,並以 20 對受試者做互動行為之分析。在進行實驗之前,依前 測 (pre-test) 結果將受試者分成高能力與低能力兩組。當學生完成影碟電腦系統教學單元 後,個別接受一份 30 題選擇題的紙筆測驗,以測量學生的概念理解程度及對於整個教學內 容的認知情形。電腦教學過程結束後,再以紙筆測驗方式,對受試者進行整體教學滿意度的 問卷調查。本研究結果發現: 學生在合作學習的情境下,高能力組比低能力組有更顯著的成 效,然而,異質性配對方式與同質性配對方式在學習成效上並無顯著差異。雖然文獻證明低 能力學習者由於得到高能力同伴的協助將增進其學習的效率,但是本研究並未支持這種觀點 。另外,在同伴互動行為的分析結果指出,異質性的配對方式與同質性配對方式,對於促進 互動的學習並無顯著的差異。在預測學習成就與互動行為的關係上,研究結果顯示有二種學 件互動行為類別與學習成效有顯著的關係。
     The purpose of the study is to investigate the effects of homogeneous versus heterogeneous ability grouping on performance and interaction of students working cooperatively during instruction. For this study, the experiment designed and interactive videodisc instruction on cognitive aspects ofpsychomotor performance as the material. The participants were 80 undergraduate students, classified as high and low-prior knowledge randomly sampled from the Chung Cheng University. Results showed that homogeneous low-prior knowledge groups scored significantly lower than the other three groups. The students in Heterogeneous group affect achievement compared to Homogeneous group under cooperatively condition did not have a significant effect on achievement. This finding does not confirm the results of other studies reporting heterogeneous group composition improve achievement for low-prior students. The results concerning peer interaction suggest that heterogeneous is not significant effect than homogeneous one in generating promotive interaction which is helpftil for group success. However, only two interactive behaviors can be used successfully to predict student achievement. The implications for designing instructional technology for physical education and future research are discussed.
