題名:精熟學習在合作學習情境下對壁球選修課學生學習動機之研究

本研究旨在探討精熟學習在合作學習教學情境下對大學生體育選修課學習動機之影響。本研究係以中州技術學院 216位壁球選修課學生為研究對象。實驗前依壁球前測成績區分為「高低能力」(異質性)、「高能力」及「低能力」(同質性)組別學生,以立意分配隨機方式指派受試者進入精熟學習結合合作學習、精熟學習及傳統學習等三組進行實驗。本實驗第一週進行前測,二至十週為教學實施,當學生完成教學單元後,隨即進行學習動機的問卷調查。獲得結果如下:不同教學策略對學習動機的比較,精熟學習結合合作學習比精熟學習與傳統學習有更良好的學習動機表現。其中,精熟學習結合合作學習在學習目標、內在價值、自我效能、成就動機及期望成功上比傳統學習更具效果;且在學習目標與自我效能上也有優於精熟學習。而精熟學習則在學習目標、自我效能及期望成功上也有優於傳統學習。另外,精熟學習結合合作學習、精熟學習與傳統學習在測驗焦慮上未達顯著差異。但在不同能力組別對學習動機的比較,高低能力組比高能力組與低能力組在學習動機有更好的效果。其中,高低能力組在學習目標的表現上有優於高能力組及低能力組;同時高低能力組也在自我效能上有顯著優於低能力組。總之,本研究發現,藉由精熟學習結合合作學習的教學實施後,對提昇學習動機可能是一條有效的途徑。
