本研究探討性別、年級、學校、獎懲、父母離異、與家人被判刑等因素對小學生
人關技能之影響。1357位北部地區三、四、五、六年級小學生與十一老師參與研究。經相
關與變異數分析後，結果指出女生人關技能得分高於男生，低年級高於高年級、受過獎者高
於未受過獎者，父母未離異者高於父母離異者，家人未被判刑者高於家人被判刑者。各校間
學生人關技能的程度參差不齊，其高低與老師的主觀排列成正比。所用工具－「小學生人關
技能問卷」－的內部一致信度是.81，而重測信度是.78。這些結果再度顯示問卷的有用效度
與可靠信度。
