A questionnaire was conducted to exam understand Junior college students' psycho-physical health condition and stress adjustment behavior and variables which influence their practices of these behaviors. One thousand and two hundred seventeen Junior college students across different grades from ten schools in southern Taiwan participated in this study. Results of this study showed that Junior college students' psycho-physical health conditions are not very well, and their stress adjustment incuded three factrs by factor analysis: (1) self-actuality, (2) social-support, (3) positive coping. The more stress adjustment behaviors, have significant better psycho-physical health condition.
