本文首先解釋壓力及工作壓力之意義，探討工作壓力理論模式，找出適合解釋消防人員的工作壓力模式，進而歸納分析消防人員工作壓力來源及型態，作為消防人員自身及消防機關深入了解消防人員工作壓力與型態之參考，並藉此促進消防機關正視消防人員的工作壓力，建立因應制度，使消防人員都能保持身心健康，以更是快樂自在的心情來從事救災的工作。

This article explains the meanings of stress and job stress at first, probes into the job stress model, finds out the suitable job stress model to explain the job stress of fire fighters, and then to sum up and analyze the job stressor and type of fire fighters. This article also wants to appeal the fire department to face the job stress of fire fighters, to set up the coping system belonging to fire fighters, and to enable fire fighters to keep physically and mentally healthy during the work.
