The purpose of this study was to investigate the difference between college and high school Judo player's professional commitment and satisfaction on training, coach and team. Questionnaire survey was employed in this study which consist four major components: professional commitment, training satisfaction, coach satisfaction, and team satisfaction. Five hundred questionnaires were assigned to be filled out by Judo players in 8 colleges and 10 designate-developed Judo high schools; four hundred and forty valid questionnaires were obtained. The results from this study showed that under different education system, high school players were significantly higher than college players in professional commitment, training satisfaction. As gender is concerned, both male college and high school players showed moderate level in training satisfaction, coach satisfaction, and team satisfaction, which was significantly greater than female. It was concluded that satisfaction from different aspects in female Judo players, both in college and high school, needs to be improved in order to enhance Judo compete level and performance.
