雖然頂客家庭已存在數十年，但直到最近受到主流社會重視，研究者以自己的經驗出發去探索其教育價值。目前，有關於自願頂客家庭方面的研究仍相當少見，尤其有關自願頂客家庭的相關研究仍屬未知和未探索的領域，應加以闡明，本研究嘗試去補足先前的研究文獻。 本研究目的有三：1.瞭解自願頂客家庭的生活型態；2.探索自願頂客家庭的內心世界；3.檢視自願頂客家庭對社會的覺知。爲達成這些目標，本文將以如下的結構呈現。以質性研究中紮根理論爲研究取向，透過深度訪談爲主要的蒐集資料方式，訪談10位自願頂客家庭。研究結果如下：1.婚前已決定不生育子女；2.妻子是重要關鍵人物；3.歡喜心接受身體的缺陷；4.自我主導的生活型態；5.不生小孩的主觀意念；6.對領養小孩觀念開放；7.全新的生育、婚姻、家庭觀；8.對無子女婚姻感到滿意；9.樂觀面對死亡；10.消極回應親友的關懷。基於以上研究結果，本研究提出對建議，作爲相關人員參考。

Although the voluntary DINKs family has exited for few decades, only recently has its surge of mainstream popularity motivated author to explore its educational value through the lived experiences. There is no general consensus on what the essential knowledge base of the voluntary DINKs family consists of. At present, research focusing on the voluntary DINKs family is still very scarce. Above all, light could be shed on the research field of the voluntary DINKs family which is still largely unknown and uninvestigated. The study author present in the present paper is an attempt to supplement the literature of these earlier studies. This research has three purposes: 1) to understand the lived experiences of the voluntary DINKs family; 2) to explore spiritual world of the voluntary DINKs family; 3) to shed some light on how people view the voluntary DINKs family; For these purposes to be achieved , the article is structured as follows. To attain data, this study adopted qualitative methodology, mainly using qualitatively deep interviews to the collection of data on 10 volunteers of the DINKs family. Analyzed with grounded theory, the research presents the following findings: 1) Making decision don’t bear sons and daughters before marriage; 2) The wife is an key women; 3) Sterility seen bad, but the voluntary DINKs family love in hope; 4) Living is self-directed; 5) Subjective thinking about fertility of the voluntary DINKs family; 6) The adoptive concept is opened with a highly acceptance; 7) Get rid of the maze to traditional values; 8) The marital satisfaction of the voluntary DINKs family are good; 9) The voluntary DINKs family have a positive attitude to death; 10) The voluntary DINKs family are silence on concern of family members and friends. Finally, conclusions are presented and suggestions are made for further research.
