題名:師徒功能對劍道運動選手組織社會化影響之研究

目的:本研究在探討師徒功能對劍道選手組織社會化的影響情形。方法:透過師徒功能量表及組織社會化量表進行問卷調查,並以2008年全民運動會劍道項目的所有選手作調查,共獲得有效樣本191份。所得資料使用描述統計、階層多元迴歸分析及結構方程模式等進行分析。結果:劍道選手的運動年數和師徒功能對組織社會化具有預測力,且師徒功能對組織社會化的線性結構模式適配結果良好。結論:劍道選手的職涯發展功能和角色楷模功能對組織社會化有良好的預測力及正向的影響,且其線性結構模式亦獲得驗證。
From ancient time on mentorship was a vital function in warrior sport, which influenced development and propagation of the warrior sport very great. Purpose: To explore current mentorship and organizational socialization of Kendo athletes in Taiwan. Methods: Study was executed with questionnaire of both on mentorship function and organizational socialization from athletes of 2008 National Games of Sport for All Citizens, and got 191 copies of valid questionnaire. All data was collected and discussed using whole model analysis with descriptive statistics, hierarchical multiple regression and structural equation modeling (SEM). Results: The organizational socialization could be predicted by the major years, role model function, and career development function of kendo athletes, then, the linear structural model of mentorship function and organizational socialization had established. Conclusion: The mentorship function of Kendo athletes developed positively with organizational socialization, this also verified by linear structure modeling in study.
