Data were collected from the dance courses of 12 community colleges in Taipei, using purposive sampling investigation. Analysis of the research included descriptive statistics, average analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis, independent t-test, one-way MANOVA and Pearson correlation analysis. The main results were as follows: 1. Most of the participants were female, and most participants were involved in the Belly Dance and Ballroom Dance. 2. Among perceived service quality, "reliability" was most satisfied, whereas "reactive" was least satisfied. Male participants perceived higher service quality than female. 3. Participants perceived higher aesthetic and physiological benefits. Male participants in the Ballroom Dance perceived higher benefits of leisure. 4. The higher the perceived service quality, the better the perceived benefits of leisure. Conclusion: Perceived service quality of Taipei Community Colleges’ dance curriculum will affect the benefits of leisure. Through participation in dance curriculum, the students would experience the value of recreation. The teachers and the administrative units should maintain professional standards and keep paying attention to the service quality, particularly offering care and communication, in order to meet the expectations and needs of the course participants, and thus to enhance the benefits of lifelong learning on adult education and recreation.
