This research probes into the relation of the participant's participation-motivation, goal-orientation, and experience-evaluation, regard the 2010 Coming of Age activity of the Shu-Te University as the case studying. This research results can be a reference for organizer to handle the activity. The analytical methods include independent T-test, analysis of correlation, regression analysis and artificial neural network. The results reveal different sex participant's participation-motivation and goal-orientation has not reached significant difference. The participant's participation-motivation is higher, and enjoyment-evaluation is also higher. The participant's working orientation is higher, and the challenge intensity experienced is also higher after its activity. The result of this study also reveals the prediction function constructed by artificial neural network is better than linearity regression.
