There is no mandatory requirement for universities to open the gender equality courses. The purpose of this study was to design a course and assess how it works. Totally sixty one students enrolled the course titled as "gender equality and healthy sex knowledge" during a semester of 2012 and a pretest and posttest assessment on knowledge and altitude were administrated to them. It was found that the knowledge was improved significantly for both genders. The female were significantly higher than the male in knowledge and altitude in the pretest and the both genders cannot reach significance during in posttest. The reason might be the female are more sensitive on gender equality issues and any gender issue, including the sexual knowledge. In the end, we proposed the suggestions for future curriculums design, course management, and research.
