台灣目前面臨傳統產業升級、高科技產業轉型及服務業國際化等挑戰,惟有透過持續的商業模式創新,才能回應這些挑戰。現有的商業模式大多來自先進國家的觀點,本研究回顧過去主要文獻,整合出一個商業模式可操作架構,採用符合理論抽樣的多個案研究法,依據台灣產業轉型關鍵的兩種不同價值創造邏輯:降低成本vs.提升價值,演繹出不同理論概念的商業模式:「最佳產品」與「全面客戶解決方案」,並明確辨識兩個不同商業模式的元素間有不同的互動關係,而理解商業模式元素間互動關係改變邏輯,是探知廠商商業模式創新的關鍵。本研究同時也指出,兩種不同商業模式有不同互動關係的阻隔機制,是商業模式競爭優勢的來源。
The innovation of business model becomes primary issue as Taiwan Industries face the challenges of advancing traditional industries, transforming high-tech industries and internationalizing service industries. As most perspectives of business model come from industrialized economies, this study reviews the previous literature and defines the business model as an operationalized framework. Through conducting multiple case-studies of theoretical sampling according to Taiwan’s industrial transformation of two different value creation logic: cost down vs value up, this research deduces two categories of different business model: Total Customer Solution and Best Product. The research also identify different types of interaction relationship among components of business model for these two categories. Understanding the changing logic of interaction relationship is the key to explore the innovation of business model. This research also finds the different insolating mechanisms for two business model which are the sources of competitive advantage.
