本研究以習慣領域學說為理論基礎，從不同的角度提出一個簡單易用、能快速衡量人生成果的模型。這個模型包括幾個主要特點：一、讓習慣領域學說初學者能快速、有效地掌握人生的成果是被哪些關鍵參數所決定；二、找到關鍵參數之後，就往下一層思考或檢視，如何獲得（或改善、調整）這個關鍵參數；三、針對該關鍵參數，擬訂學習計畫（改善方案），並全力以赴地執行該計畫，繼續不斷地累積與修正，有效提升人生的成果。本研究以企業用人為例，說明企業如何透過智、愛、行模型，有效地培育人才。
This study, based on the habitual domains theory, provide a model that can quickly and easily measure the results of our lives from a different viewpoint. The following are some main features of the model: 1. This model provides a simple tool that can identify the key parameter related to the result of our lives. 2. After finding the key parameter, we can accordingly examine how to gain or control the key parameter effectively. 3. By focusing on the improvement of key parameter on various important methods including effective goal setting and execution, one can continuously correct and adjust until key parameter being enhanced and reaching to certain level. Many realistic and easily understood examples in cooperation are added to illustrate the model concepts introduced.
