本研究首度運用2008 至2018 年學生修習會計學的成績與課程滿意度探索改善技職課程效能的要素,本研究發現學生事先掌握考題題型加以演練,學生成績與課程滿意度較高,故本研究所建置的實作導向數位教材,以示範考試題型實作流程取代助教功能為目標。此外,本研究發現同系學生集中共同學習,學生成績與課程滿意度均較高,研究結果支持同儕教導,最後,本研究發現2019 年集中同系學生觀看本研究建置的會計數位教材取代助教後,學生成績顯著提高,課程滿意度顯著高於以往具備助教實習的八個年度,研究結果支持解題數位教材能培養學生掌握會計解題的要領,提升學習效能,在當今新冠肺炎肆虐,本研究證實數位教材能輔助會計教育的研究結果可做為線上教育的參考。
This study is the first to utilize students’ scores and course satisfaction in Accounting from 2008 to 2018 to explore the factors that improve technical and vocational course efficacy. Students are found performing better when they use to do the question types in advance. Students who encounter similar types of questions to the exam and thus are able to practice them and become familiar with their solution process, develop more effective methods of learning accounting and receive high scores in exams. Besides, students who were from the same department studied together, got higher scores and course satisfaction. These results support the peer tutoring theory. After the critical factors that affect learning are identified as familiarity with Accounting problems and peer tutoring, digital practice-oriented teaching materials based on detailed explanations of solution processes for questions were designed for this work. A teaching video was produced to replace some of functions of the teaching assistants in Accounting courses in 2019. The results reveal that students’ scores significantly increased and the course satisfaction is higher than the teaching assistants’ internships in the previous eight years. The result suggests that our practice-oriented digital teaching materials in on-line Accounting education provides the reference for online education during today’s coronavirus pneumonia pandemic.
