The study was undertaken to explore the vocational moral judgment development of vocational school students and its relationships to the demographic variables: genders, grades, majors, and socioeconomic status. The subjects were consisted of 481 vocational school students surveyed by using the questionnaire designed by the author. The results indicate that (1) the subjects' vocational moral judgment development, by average, stays on stage 3 in terms of Kohlberg's moral judgment theory, that is, earning people's praise is their judgmental basis; (2) genders, grades, and socioeconomic status are significantly related to vocational moral judgment: and (3) no significant relation exists between socioeconomic status and vocational moral judgment development. Based on the findings, several suggestions about school education and social education are indicated.
