「國民小學校長管理能力量表」內分十種分量表:溝通能力,公共關係能力,協調能力,計畫能力,執行計畫能力,經費管理能力,硬體資源管理能力,人力資源運用能力,督導能力,工作評量能力。 該量表之建立,係以台灣區三十二所國民小學二四八位教師為受試者,經過項目分析之後,各題目的鑑別度介於1.31和2.56之間,鑑別度經t考驗結果,皆達極顯著水準 (p<.001) ;量表的α係數均達 .90以上;各分量表之相關亦在.60~.76左右;顯示本量表具有良好的信度與效度。 本量表可供校長自評,以及他評之用,以了解校長的管理能力。
The Management Competence Inventory for Elementary School Principals Consists of ten sub-scales: communication, public relations, coordination, planning, implementation, financial management, human resources management, material resources management, supervision, and evaluation. 248 elementary school teachers from 32 schools were sampled to assess the management competence of their principals. 80 items were selected through item analysis. The discriminatory power of each item were in the range of 1.31 to 2.5. The inventory coefficient alpha was above .90. The coefficient among subscales ranged from .60 to .70. Analysis showed that the whole inventory had high reliability and validity. The inventory can be used to assess the competence of elementary school principals.
