題名:特殊學校、教養機構休閒教育及障礙學生休閒活動之探究

     本研究採文獻分析、深度訪談、及觀察法等方法探究公私立特殊學校、教養機構休閒教育實施狀況及障礙學生的休閒生活。研究者隨機抽取八所公私立特殊學校與教養機構進行觀察與深度訪談,主要發現如下: 一、障礙學生缺乏多樣化的休閒選擇機會。 二、中等以上學校或社會上服務性社團帶動障礙學生各項團康活動,成為住宿式障礙學生假日的主要休閒活動。 三、特殊學校與教養機構的休閒設施與設備仍感不足。 四、部份障礙學生缺乏休閒技能,以致影響其參與休閒活動的意願。 五、多數特殊學校與教養機構對學生的休閒活動缺乏主動整體的規劃。 六、在觀念上部份教育、保育人員認為休閒就是休息,毋需加以干涉。有些人認為休閒教育就是藝能科教育,因此無須另行安排休閒教育。 七、多數特殊學校與教養機構在課程安排上並未單獨提供休閒教育課程。 針對研究發現,研究者提供下列建議: 一、特殊學校與教養機構應寬籌經費普設各項休閒設施。 二、特殊學校與教養機構應協助學生參與各項社區休閒活動。 三、特殊學校與教養機構應加強規劃學生休閒教育課程,培養學生正確的休閒觀念、休閒態度與休閒技能,以提昇生活品質。
     The purpose of this study is to investigate the leisure activity and equipments for handicapped students in the public and private schools and institutions through analysis of documents, deep interview and observations. The researcher randomly selected 8 public / private schools and institution. The major findings are: 1.There is no multiple opportunities to choose leisure activities for handicapped students. 2.The leisure activities from higher education and community are become the major leisure activities for handicapped students on holiday. 3.There is no sufficient leisure equipments in special schools and institutions. 4.Due to the lack of leisure skills, some handicapped students are not willing to join the leisure activity. 5.Most schools and institutions lack of active and well-planned leisure activities for students. 6.Some administrators misunderstood the meaning about leisure activities. 7.Most schools and institutions did not provide leisure education as part of the curriculum. The researcher provides the following suggestions based on the findings of the study. 1.Special schools and institutions need to seek for the fund to set up the equipments for leisure activities. 2.Special schools and institutions should help students to participate all kinds of leisure activities in the community. 3.Special schools and institutions need to improve the curriculum by involving leisure activities in order to provide students the correct concept, attitude and skills about leisure activities.
