　　　　　本研究旨在瞭解高職聽障學生的性知識、態度與行為之現況，同時分析 個人背景變項對其性知識、態度的影響，以提供有關高職聽障學生性教育與生活 輔導之參考。 本研究以台北市立啟聰學校高職部聽障學生為研究對象，以自編的「高職聽障學 生性知識、態度與行為之調查問卷」為研究工具，進行問卷調查研究，共計取得 有效樣本數為171名，主要的發現如下:一、高職聽障學生普遍缺乏正確的性知 識，尤其是「性生理與解剖」、「性的社會問題」、「懷孕與避孕」的知識普遍 低落。二、高職聽障學生住態度介於中立與積極正向之間。三、高職聽障學生中， 39.8的學生曾有約會經驗，21.1的學生有自慰行為，3.5的學生有性交經驗。四、 高職聽障學生的性知識因性別、年級與親子關係之不同而有顯著差異五、高職聽 障學生的性態度因父母聽覺狀況、親子關係之不同而有顯著差異。
　　　　　The purpose of this research was to examine the sexual knowledge,attitude and behavior that to analyze the relevant effects of hearingimpairment of vocational high school students as well as to provide sexeducation and counseling guidance. The samples of this survey were students of Taipei municipal schoolfor the deaf. The data were collected by means of a questionaire which atotal of 171 effective responses. The important finding were summarized as follows:1. The high school students of hearing impairment generally lack of accurate sexual knowledge, especially 「anatomy and physiology」 , 「sex -related problems」 , 「pregnancy and contraceptives」 knowledge.2.The high school students of hearing impairment sexual attitude is moderate to positive.3.There are 39.8 students whose had dating experience, 21.1 students whose had masturbation experience and 3.5 students whose had sexual intercourse experience.4. The high school students of hearing impairment sexual knowledge shows significant differences due to students' sex, grade and parenting.5.The high school students of hearing impairment sexual attitudes shows significant differences due to students' parents hearing status and parenting.
