本研究旨在探討大專院校田徑選手知覺其教練領導行為之差異，並分析不同變項 的選手對其教練領導行為的預測力。 以大專院校 222 位田徑選手為研究對象，並以「大專 院校田徑教練領導行為調查量表」為研究工具進行調查，再依調查所蒐集之資料，以單因子 變異數分析 (ANOVA) 及多元逐步迴歸分析 (multiple stepwise regression analysis) 等 統計方法處理， 結果發現: 1. 大專院校田徑選手知覺其教練領導行為，「性別」及「組別 」變項在訓練與指導、民主、關懷，獎勵及整體領導行為等層面有顯著差異。 ． 2.大專院校田徑選手之「組別」對其教練領導行為最有預測力，其次是「性別」及「練習 天數」。

　　　　　The purpose of this study was to investigate the perceptions of the university and college track and field teams toward the leaderships of their respective coaches. The predicting abilities of these athletes to the leading behavior of the coaches were also analyzed. A total of 222 student athletes from different universities and colleges were separated into different groups both according to their professional skills and ages. Survey approach was employed, in which the "Sports Leadership Questionnaire" was used. Data were analyzed by both ANOVA and multiple stepwise regression analysis. Results of this study are as the following: 1.For athletes form different groups and / or with different genders, significant differences were observed on their perceptions of the leadership of their coaches, namely, training and instruction, democracy, concern, reward and also integrated leaderships. 2. The most strong factor on the predicting ability was found to be the groups Gender and training days came in second and third, respectively.
