The purpose of this study was aimed to construct the evaluation indicators for corporate university, which explored a useful corporate university evaluation model, analyzed the evaluate content of the corporate university, constructed corporate university evaluation indicators, analyzed the relative weight of corporate university evaluation indicators. The research methods such as expert interview, Delphi technique, and exploratory factor analysis were used to collect and analyze the data for the study. The 26 corporate university evaluation indicators were classified into 7 dimensions, namely, align with corporate strategy, ignite organization change, promote organization learning, supervise operation efficacy, evaluate training effectiveness, ensure training result, and integrate information technology. The relative weight of each evaluation indicator was assessed by AHP process. Suggestions were made by the research to appropriately implement the corporate university evaluation indicators and to further improve the quality of the research followed.
