E-learning is a new trend for education, it provides teachers a diversified and versatile educational environment. But how to conduct a high quality online e-learning course is a great challenge for most of teachers. This is also a critical issue to be solved and for e-learning could be rising and flourishing; The study attempts to investigate the curriculum design and classroom management methods for conducting good online e-learning courses. The purposes of this research are as follow(1)Analyze the characteristics of e-learning, and propose principles and methods for designing curricula. (2)Survey the present situation of e-learning development in Taiwan. (3)Explore the critical successful factors for e-learning.(4)Propose new directions for future e-learning development.
