This research was to investigate the development process of a senior primary teacher based on grounded theory.It interviewed co-researcher in detail,and got transcript which was processed by open coding,to indentify the properties and dimensions.Then the research result can be analyzed by two axiala.They are study period and teaching period,in order to understand the internal shifts of the co-researcher.Furthermore,by means of process coding and optional coding,the career process was divided into career uncertain period 、career decision period、career adaption period career abruption period 、career chang period and career position period.The purpose of this research was to understand the development process of a senior primary teacher.The result of this research can be the reference of the career plan of primary teachers,and the respective sample of teacher’s training.
