本研究以環球技術學院92學年度下學期日間部的學生647（男生235，女生412）人為對象，採叢集之抽樣方法。研究工具包括「休閒態度量表」、「大學生運動性休閒參與動機量表」以及SPSS統計套裝軟體為研究工具。採用的統計方法為多元逐步迴歸分析、典型相關分析，以探討休閒態度對於運動性休閒參與動機的預測及相關情形。研究結果發現休閒態度三項因素中有「行為」及「認知」二因素可以有效預測運動性休閒參與動機。另外在休閒態度三因素與運動性休閒參與動機五因素之間，有二個典型因素相關值達顯著水準。

The subjects of this research were 647 students adopted by cluster sampling (male235, female412) in Transworld Institute of Technology. The instruments of the research include recreational attitude inventory, recreational sports parts participation motivation inventory and SPSS statistical software. Both statistical methods of stepwise of the regression and canonical correlations were adopted to detect the prediction and correlation between recreational attitude and recreational sports participation motivation. From the research result, two sub-scales, action and recognition were found to predict recreational sports participation motivation effectively. Beside, there are two canonical correlation factors of the correlation between the three sub-scales of the recreational attitude attitude and the five sub-scales of the recreational sports participation motivation.
