The contents of this article divide into three parts. First, we discuss the definition of privacy in our country. I think that privacy is a right to assure free developments of our personality that is for control of our intimate life, personal information and personal important decisions. Second, we talk about several types of privacy, including “spatial privacy”, “informational privacy” and “decisional privacy”. Finally, we search for the constitutional foundation of privacy in our constitution. I find that privacy has deeply rooted in our constitution and become an essential fundamental right for our people. The concept of privacy is composed of many dimensions of other funcamental rights, such as freedom of residing, freedom of secret communications and freedom of religions.
