台灣擁有豐富的山岳資源,而登山活動在近年來亦逐漸受到重視。體委會為推動全民運動的習慣,特別以台灣各縣市近郊山岳為目標,評選出一百座較具特色或具代表性的「郊山」,命名為「臺灣小百岳」。本研究在此欲找出民眾登山動機的因素與參與登山體驗所包含的因子,並探討兩者間的關聯性,最後再瞭解民眾登山動機與體驗對登山利益的影響效果。研究結果顯示,在人口背景變項影響登山動機中,自我成長需求最為明顯,而在健康需求方面由於各類群普遍均高,差異較小;在登山動機與登山體驗的關聯性方面,可以發現兩者間具有顯著的關聯性;而登山動機、登山體驗對登山利益之迴歸分析結果亦均達顯著水準。
There are numerous mountains in Taiwan. In recent years, hiking is becoming a popular activity gradually. Sports Affairs Council chose the 100 suburban-mountains aiming to establish the habit of sport for countryman. There were three purposes in this study; the first was to discover the factors of hiking motivation and experience, and to measure the relationship between motivation and experience in the second. At last, we want to access the influences of hiking motivation and experience to benefits. The results showed that self-developed of hiking motivation were most influenced by demographics, and the demand of health was a general important factor among whole clusters caused non-significant in motivation. After canonical correlation analysis, the study also found that the relationship between hiking motivation and experience was significant. Finally, using multi-regression analysis, it was indicated that both hiking motivation and experience were significant influencing on hiking benefits.
