題名：自行車休閒運動參與者之休閒態度、深度休閒與休閒效益關係之研究--以澎湖馬公地區為例

近年來自行車運動已經成為台灣熱門的休閒運動和日常交通運輸工具。而環境覺醒與永續發展等議題，更使得以自行車從事休閒運動成為旅遊的代名詞。但我們對自行車運動卻仍缺乏深入的研究和瞭解。而在澎湖地區，澎湖縣政府已積極開拓自行車道，澎湖自行車道系統開發計劃12條自行車騎乘路線，計畫長度為74.7公里，預計串連遊憩據點、村落、海岸、田園景觀等地方特色景點。本研究目的有三：1.瞭解馬公本島自行車休閒運動參與者休閒態度和深度休閒間之關係；2.探討馬公本島自行車休閒運動參與者休閒態度是否會影響休閒效益；3.探討馬公本島自行車休閒運動參與者深度休閒是否會影響休閒效益。本研究以馬公地區自行車休閒運動參與者為研究對象，問卷發放時間為2009年10月1號至20號，總計發放285份，共得有效問卷250份，利用便利抽樣方法進行問卷調查，運用皮爾森積差相關與多元逐步迴歸分析進行各項考驗。研究結果顯示：自行車休閒運動參與者休閒態度對深度休閒具有顯著相關性；休閒態度對休閒效益具有顯著的預測力；深度休閒對休閒效益具有顯著的預測力。
Recently emerging trends are pointing to bike riding as an important mode of recreation and transportation in Taiwan. And it appears that bike usage and associated leisure activities has become a popular travel mode together with the rising environmentalism and increasing awareness for sustainable development. However, the development of bike tourism has been hindered by a lack of understanding. Penghu's, Penghu County Government has actively explore bike Road, Penghu bike road system development plan 12 bike ride routes, the plan length 74.7 KM, expected series tourism incompatible positions, villages, the coast, pastoral landscape features local attractions. The purposes of this study were: (1) To examine the relationship between leisure attitude and serious leisure among bike amateurs in Magong; (2) To explore the effects of leisure attitude on leisure benefit in Magong; (3) To explore the effects of serious leisure on leisure benefit in Magong. The participates of this study were bike amateurs as subjects. Time the questionnaires were issued in 2009 to October 1 to 20, a total of 285 copies, a total of 250 valid questionnaires. Using convenient sampling survey method, And the data were analyzed by Pearson correlation and stepwise regression analysis. The results show: leisure sports bike participants in the leisure attitude of the depth of serious leisure significant correlation; leisure attitude and leisure benefits of a significant prediction; depth recreation and leisure benefits of a significant prediction.
