題名:自行車極限挑戰參與者騎乘行為影響因素之模式分析

近年來,國內自行車休閒活動掀起參與熱潮,成為最受歡迎的活動之一。極限挑戰活動是一種體力、技術與意志力的考驗,自行車參與者要有強烈的挑戰與成就的慾望與動機,才可能完成全程的騎乘活動。本研究依據自我決定動機理論與計畫行為理論,旨在探究自行車極限挑戰活動參與者行為之影響因素及各變項間之因果關係。
為達本研究目的,本研究訂定研究問題分別為:一、探討心理需求滿足感、自我決定動機、態度、主觀規範、知覺行為控制、意圖與行為之相關情形;二、探討心理需求滿足感對自我決定動機之影響情形;三、探討自我決定動機對態度、主觀規範、知覺行為控制之影響情形;四、探討意圖對實際參與行為之影響情形。
本研究以自行車騎乘里程數一天至少達200公里之自行車參與者為研究對象。為進一步探討這些參與者在各項因素與實際參與行為之間的關係,本研究透過量表和問卷的施測進行資料蒐集。這些量表和問卷分別為心理需求滿足感量表、自我決定動機量表、行為意圖量表與行為問卷。本研究以相關分析、徑路分析等統計方法進行資料分析。研究結果發現:一、整體心理需求與自我決定動機有正相關存在;二、自我決定動機與態度、知覺行為控制之關係有正相關存在;三、態度、主觀規範及知覺行為控制與意圖之關係有正相關存在;四、意圖與行為有正相關存在;五、本研究假設模式達可接受之水準;六、心理需求滿足感對自我決定動機有顯著正向的影響;七、自行車極限挑戰參與者之自我決定動機對其態度與知覺行為控制存在顯著正向的影響;八、自行車極限挑戰參與者態度、知覺行為控制對意圖有顯著正向的影響;九、意圖對行為亦存在顯著正向的影響。
本研究結果支持整合自我決定理論、計畫行為理論觀點,驗證了其在自行車極限挑戰運動的應用,最後根據研究結果提出具體建議。
