教育發展良窳,師資素質是關鍵。自國小教育行政與實務工作者觀點,構造較適國小師資培育模式,研究結論:(1)師資培育機構多元化,專門師範院校傳承師範性,綜合型大學提供多元學術氛圍;(2)師資培育模式如學術型、實務型、技術型、綜合型、研究型;(3)教師專業發展與知識表徵,涵蓋問題探究-心智能力、符碼系統-知識體系、情境脈絡-社會意識;(4)傾向學童本位與自主學習理念目標,(5)運用5W1H、ISM、AHP、GRA數理演算,圖示教育思維結構。
The quality of teachers determines the development of education. The research constructs better models for teacher education of elementary school teachers with the perspectives of practitioners. The results show the multiple institutions for teacher education. Teachers' colleges continue educative tradition; while universities emphasize on academic aspects more. There are various models for teacher education such as academic type, practical type, technical type, general type and research-oriented type. It takes mental ability, knowledge system, and social consciousness to develop a teacher's educative specialties. The objective is student-oriented and self-regulated learning. 5W1H, ISM, AHP, and GRA are applied in this research to graphically present the structure of educational thoughts.
