目的：本研究首先澄清少年性侵害行為人處遇模式之建構脈絡（邱惟真，2011），並試圖進一步呈現當初針對少年性侵害行為人初階處遇模式之成效評估與檢驗。方法：針對新竹地方法院受保護處分之少年性侵害行為人，兩梯次計26名進行初階團體處遇。並運用Kirkpartrick（1959）所提出評估訓練成效的四種效標：反應效標、學習效標、行為效標、結果效標，作為本研究之成效評估。結果：新竹地方法院少年初階團體在反應效標、學習效標、行為效標以及結果效標上均具有相當程度之效果。結論：建議針對少年性侵害行為人初階團體處遇，可採取每個月兩次，計六次的團體處遇。此階段之處遇目標為，透過團體處遇進行輔導教育，並針對少年性侵害行為人完成再犯危險評估。

Objectives: Construction and Evaluation of the Primary Group Program for Juvenile Sexual Assault. Methods: Twenty-six probated juvenile sexual assault at the Hsinchu District Court for the primary group treatment. And use Kirkpartyrick (1959) to evaluate the training effectiveness of the four kinds of criteria: reaction, learning, behavior, and result, as the effectiveness of this study. Results: The primary group in Hsinchu District Court has a considerable degree of effect on reaction, learning , behavior, and results criteria. Conclusion: It is suggested that the treatment of juvenile sexual assault in the primary-stage should be handled twice a month, six times. The objective of this phase is to provide counseling through group treatment and to conduct a recidivism risk assessment for juvenile sexual assault.
