Objectives: Construction and Evaluation of the Primary Group Program for Juvenile Sexual Assault. Methods: Twenty-six probated juvenile sexual assault at the Hsinchu District Court for the primary group treatment. And use Kirkpartyrick (1959) to evaluate the training effectiveness of the four kinds of criteria: reaction, learning, behavior, and result, as the effectiveness of this study. Results: The primary group in Hsinchu District Court has a considerable degree of effect on reaction, learning , behavior, and results criteria. Conclusion: It is suggested that the treatment of juvenile sexual assault in the primary-stage should be handled twice a month, six times. The objective of this phase is to provide counseling through group treatment and to conduct a recidivism risk assessment for juvenile sexual assault.
