Along with the rise of globalization, ICT and the modern transportation, intensified exchange and interaction has been deepened greatly. However, with the increasing internationalization, some inequality issues emerge as well. A wide range of projects and initiatives become the privileges of wealthy and elite classes. Relatively, disadvantaged and remote area students are seriously marginalized and left out. “Multi-culture and International Perspective” has been endorsed as one of the key competences at 12-Year Basic Education Curricula released by the Ministry of Education. How to assist remote area students to realize internationalization at home, with an eye to enhancing their intercultural competence, English proficiency and international literacy, becomes a pressing issue. In confrontation of challenges outlined and fighting for greater internationalization at home, this paper deciphers a home delivery project of foreign university students to remote schools launched by National Chung Cheng University. It illustrates how a sustainable model can create internationalized campuses and provide immersive environments for intercultural and English learning atmosphere. The design effectively mitigates the divide of urban and rural areas fulfilling the university social responsibility and leading to comprehensive internationalization for all educational levels.
