　　　　　本文旨在探討魏納歸因理論之發展及其主要內涵，從其在成敗情境中 的二層面歸因理論之發展，至三層面歸因理論之建立，均有其獨特的觀 點；其後對於歸因、情緒與行為間的相互關係，魏納由實徵研究中分析 出，不同層面的之歸因導致不同的情緒反應，並可引發特定的行為傾向。魏 納的理論對人類複雜的歸因現象提出較為周延的考慮，堪供教學、輔導等 領域應用的參考。
　　　　　The purpose of this article is to probe the development and the components of the attribution theory of Weiner. From the two- dimension to the three-dimension theory of attribution, Weiner presented his unique points of veiw. He also indicated that different dimensions of attribution would cause different emotions, and them would follow some specific behaviors. Based on the empirical studies, Weiner's attribution theorym, a more inclusive and sophisticated theory, could be applied to the fields of teaching and guidance, and so forth.
