題名:教師參與在職進修動機取向與其接受創新程度間之關係研究

     教師基於各種不同的理由(動機取向)參加在職進修的學習活動,同時,教師在面對一項新的觀念或事物時,也會表現出不同程度的接受傾向(接受創新程度)。本研究屬先導性之基礎研究,著重探究教師參加在職進修的動機取向與其接受創新程度間之關係。研究問題主要包括:(1)教師之個人變項與各個參加在職進修動機取向間的關係為何?(2)控制教師個人變項之情況下,各個在職進修動機取向與接受創新程度間之關係為何?(3)各個在職進修動機取向與接受創新程度間之多變項關係為何?研究設計採文獻分析及問卷調查法,樣本取自國立台灣師範大學、國立政治大學、及國立高雄師範大學之40學分研究所暑期班與週末班一年級中等學校教師,合計405員。研究工具採用林如萍(民80)所編製之「參與在職進修動機量表」,及黃嘉勝(民83)翻譯Hurt等人(1977)發展之「接受創新程度量表」收集所需資料。分析得到之結論證實,確有部份之動機取向分別與教師之個人變項,及接受創新程度間有明顯的關係存在。本研究並針對未來之研究方向及教育應用等兩方面,提出具體之建議供作參考。
