本研究旨在探討就讀大專院校身心障礙學生生涯決定信念情形。以「生涯信念決定檢核表」為工具，針對440位身心障礙大專院校學生進行調查，主要結果如下: 一、依障礙類型、障礙程度、性別、年級、學程階段、學校類型、學校性質7個背景向度比較，在「面子主義」、「工作本身之價值」、「生涯重心」、「自我主張」、「遷居/開放意願」、「角色刻板印象」、「性別刻板印象」7個分量表，皆無任何向度顯著差異現象。其餘13個分量表皆有不同背景之差異。 二、整體而言，身心障礙大專學生有「性別刻板印象」、「控制企圖」、「規劃萬能/ 專業至上」、「自由傾向」之生涯決定特質。 根據研究結果，提出可行建議，供學校、政府部門參考。
This research examined the beliefs of career decision making for university and college student with disabilities. Regarding “Inventory of career decision making beliefs” as the instrument, to survey on 440 subjects. Its main results as follows: 1.According to the type of disability, degree of disability, sex, grade, phase of learning, school type, kinds of school to comparison, at the “face”, “value of work”, “role inflexible impression”, “sex inflexible impression” 7 subtests, all nothing any to the significant difference. The rest and 13 subtests have the Significant difference of the different background all. 2.By all accounts, the university student with disabilities have it career decide characteristic with “sex inflexible impression”, “control scheme”, “programming is all powerful/profession highest”, “tendency of freedom”. Based on results, provide suggestions to school and government.
