題名:國小教師效能信念與成敗歸因對教學表現之關係

     本研究歸納統整相關文獻,建構「教師效能信念與成敗歸因對教學表現之關係」的理論假設模式,並蒐集問卷調查資料檢驗模式的適配度,以及分析模式中各變項間的關係。研究對象包括初任教師與資深教師二類樣本,係從台北縣市抽取86所學校,分別回收258份及262份問卷,回收率為70.1%與71.2%。資料處理上係利用AMOS統計軟體的結構方程模式分析,進行模式的適配度考驗與各變項間相關程度的分析。研究結果發現一些重要結論,首先,效能信念與成敗歸因對教學表現的關係之模式,與二類實徵資料之間,均具有良好的適配度;再者,效能信念與成敗歸因都對教學計畫表現與教學互動表現,有中度的相關。第三,初任教師較會因為成敗歸因的差異,而有不同的教學計畫表現;而資深教師較會因為效能信念的差異,呈現不同的教學計畫表現。此外,並依據結論提出一些相關建議。
