題名:苗栗縣國中小女性教師人格特質、連續劇收視動機與教學效能間關係之探討

本研究探討苗栗縣國中小女性教師人格特質、連續劇收視動機及教學效能間之關係。以苗栗縣18 鄉鎮496 位國民中小學女性教師為研究母群體,將問卷調查資料以SPSS18.0 for Windows 進行敘述統計、因素分析、信度分析及相關分析。茲將本研究結果歸納如下:(一)苗栗縣國中小女性教師之年齡,大多介於31-40 歲之間,佔49.6%;學歷多為研究所以上程度,佔49.4%;服務年資方面,以任教10 年,佔51.6%最多;在婚姻現況方面,以已婚狀態者居多,佔75.4%為最多;在子女數方面,則以生2 個孩子,佔42.1%為多;在收看電視連續劇之頻率方面,以每天平均收看1 小時以內,每周平均收看3 天者居多;在收看類型方面,則以韓劇最受喜愛,大陸古裝劇次之;(二)因素分析結果顯示,在人格特質方面包括內控人格、外控人格兩個構面;在收視動機方面包括獲得資訊、社交互動、學習、個人喜好四個構面;在教學效能方面包括教學評量、教學策略、教學計劃與準備三個構面;(三)苗栗縣國中小女性教師多為自主性人格導向。收看連續劇的原因,主要是想藉由觀看電視劇來放鬆心情或打發時間。在教學效能方面則格外重視學生的教學評量;(四)苗栗縣國中小女性教師人格特質與連續劇收視動機具有高度正相關。
The main purpose of this study was to discuss the relationships among Miaoli junior high school and elementary school female teachers' personality traits, the motivation of the TV series viewing, and teaching effectiveness. To achieve the main purpose, this research used 496 junior high school and elementary school female teachers from 18 townships in Miaoli as samples to finish the survey. The data was analyzed with descriptive statistical analysis, factor analysis, and reliability test by SPSS for Windows 18.0. The research results are as follows: Firstly, 49.69% of the junior high school and elementary school female teachers in Miaoli county are among thirty to forty years old. 49.4% of them have master degrees. 51.6% of the teachers have taught for ten years in years of teaching. 75.4% are married. 42.1% of them have two kids. The average of the viewing time was less than an hour. And the viewing frequency was 3 days per week. The first two favorite series types of junior high school and elementary school female teachers in Miaoli county were Korean series and ancient Chinese dramas. Secondly, according to factor analysis, autonomy orientation, non-autonomy orientation were the two dimensions of personality traits. Human relationships, interests, learning and recreation were the four dimensions of viewing motivation. Adaptive evaluation, dynamic teaching methods, and teaching preparations were the three dimensions of teaching effectiveness. Thirdly, most of the junior high school and elementary school female teachers in Miaoli county are autonomous personality orientation. The main reasons for TV series viewing were for relaxing and time killing. Teaching evaluation was stressed very much in teaching effectiveness. Lastly, the personality traits of the junior high school and elementary school female teachers in Miaoli county and viewing motivation were high related.
