題名:遊客對國家公園遊憩資訊、滿意度、場所依戀與重遊意願之研究

國家公園以保育、教育及遊憩爲目的。因此,國家公園所提供的遊憩資訊與遊客滿意度也就成爲非常重要的管理課題。本研究以墾丁國家公園爲例,探討遊客對國家公園所提供之遊憩資訊(重要-表現程度)、滿意度(行前期望)、場所依戀、重遊意願及其間之關係。本研究採分層抽樣法,共獲得有效問卷1,159份。本研究研究結果發現國家公園所提供之遊憩資訊會顯著影響遊客滿意度;遊客滿意度會顯著影響其對國家公園之場所依戀;遊客對國家公園之場所依戀會顯著影響遊客對國家公園的重遊意願。本研究將依以上研究發現提出建議,作爲相關單位規劃管理國家公園之參考。
A national park is committed to conservation, education and recreation. Therefore, the information provided by national parks for visitors is important in management. Using Kenting National Park as a case study, the research explores the relationship between visitors' awareness of recreation information and their satisfaction, place attachment and revisit intentions. Data were collected using stratified sampling. Data were obtained from surveyed 1,159 respondents. It was found that visitors' awareness of recreation information was positively related to visitors' satisfaction. Also, visitors' satisfaction is positively related to place attachment. Place attachment is positively related to revisit intentions. Based on the findings, this study's practical suggestions are made regarding planning and the management.
