題名:臺灣地區中等學校女子壘球選手的訓練滿意度、組織承諾與留隊意向之研究

本研究目的主要在探討台灣地區中等學校女子壘球選手的訓練滿意度、組織承諾與留隊意向之研究,以提供教練與相關單位陪訓壘球隊之參考依據。研究問卷以本研究以參加2008年金(少)獅旗所有選手爲研究對象,對其進行調查並回收問卷;問卷發放計254份,實得有效問卷數爲249份,回收率爲98%。研究結論與發現(1)訓練滿意度:結果顯示台灣地區中等學校女子壘球選手「對於團隊戰術的訓練」最爲滿意。(2)組織承諾:台灣地區中等學校女子壘球選手認爲「我願意付出最大的努力來讓這個球隊更好」爲最重要因素。(3)留隊意向:台灣地區中等學校女子壘球選手認爲「我覺得繼續留在這個球隊練習,對我個人來說是有未來性的」。(4)訓練滿意度對組織承諾之徑路分析得到訓練滿意度越高對組織承諾影響明顯。最後,根據研究結果,提出具體建議以提供校隊指導老師或教練未來在團隊管理及研究發展之參考。
The purpose of this study aimed to discuss the training satisfaction, organization commitment and intend of stay for high school softball athletes in Taiwan areas, so as to provide information for coaches. A total of 249 (distributed 254 and 98% return rate) high school softball athletes who participated in 2008 Golden Lion Flag Cup were served as subjects. The results of this study found that: 1) high school girls' softball athletes were satisfied to team strategy training most. 2) the factor of "I would pay my best to improve the team" were the most important factor for high school girls' softball athletes. 3) high school girls' softball athletes thought to stay in the team would benefit to their future. 4) a positive relationship exists between training satisfaction and organization commitment. Finally, based on the findings of this study, suggestions were proposed to provide any information relating to team management and future research for coaches.
