題名:加速學習對成人英語學習成效影響之研究:權變組合模式教學策略之建構與應用

本研究根據加速學習的原理,建構權變組合模式的教學策略,進行教學設計、規劃教學實驗課程,編製了成人學習成效評量工具及成人學習態度問卷,作為評量成人學習成效及學習態度的主要測量工具,並將所建構出來的權變組合模式教學策略應用於「通識英語」課程,主要目的在探討成人教師應用權變組合模式加速學習教學策略,對成人學習者的記憶能力及學習態度之影響。本研究結果顯示:一、權變組合模式的教學策略,應用在國內成人英語教學的內容記憶方面並無明顯成效;二、權變組合模式的教學策略對於成人英語學習「態度改變」的影響並沒有顯著效果;三、權變組合模式的教學策略對於成人英語學習的評價不錯,是一種成人可以接受的教學模式;四、成人對於權變組合模式的教學策略應用於英語學習的偏好頗佳,是一種可以讓成人喜歡的教學模式。
This paper, based on the accelerated learning theory, is attempted to construct the teaching strategies of Contingency Mix Model (CMM). For providing the suitable teaching strategies, the questionnaires of achievement evaluations and learning attitudes for adults are designed to investigate the performance of memory quantity and the effect of learning attitudes after adults receiving the teaching strategies of CMM in English courses. The purposes of this study were as follows: Firstly, the results show that there is no obvious performance of memory quantity for applying the teaching strategies of CMM. Secondly, adults' learning attitudes are not significant change while adopting the teaching strategies of CMM. Thirdly, most adults give positive feedback for utilizing the teaching strategies of CMM into English courses. Finally, adults like the teaching strategies of CMM.
