題名：影響婚姻暴力通報個案開案與結案狀態之因素：從個人人口特徵與服務輸送的探討

本文主要目的在探討影響婚姻暴力通報個案是否開案，以及開案個案結案狀態之重要因素。本文資料是來自作者接受某一縣市政府委託的「婚姻暴力處遇服務成效評估研究」中，「家庭暴力、性侵害暨兒少保護資訊資料庫」2005年的通報個案之相關服務資訊，其中未開案者有290人，正式開案者810人。透過邏輯迴歸模型建構後發現，性別、暴力類型、通報總次數、是否來自衛生單位通報，是影響婚姻暴力通報個案是否開案的重要關鍵因素；服務項目數是影響開案個案是否因能力提昇可自行解決問題結案之關鍵因素；性別、暴力類型、與相對人關係、通報總次數、是否來自衛生單位通報、服務項目數，是影響開案個案是否因完成醫療費用補助服務結案之關鍵因素。
This study is aimed to discuss the important factors of influencing the opening and termination state of a marital violence reporting case.The data is taken from some country's research project "Study on the Effect Evaluation of Marital Violence Treatment Services" conducted by the writer of this study. Among the total number of the reporting cases from "National Domestic Violence、Sexual Assult and Children -Juvenile Proction Information System" of the country in 2005, 290 people did not open their cases, but 810 did. Through the Logistic Regression Model, it is found that gender, violence types, reporting number, and whether the reportings from the health institutes are the key factors in influencing the opening of a marital violence reporting case. The service item number plays an important role because some cases could solve their own problems and terminate their cases due to the enhancement of their abilities through various services offered. Besides, gender, violence types, relative relationship, reporting number, whether the reportings from the health institutes, and service item number are important because they would influence whether a termination is due to the receiving and completing of a medical care subsidy.
