Teachers' emotional management means that teachers should be aware of their own emotional reaction and others' in the situation where necessary plan should be taken in place. Such plans can help teachers minimize the probability of negative emotional reaction, well-control their emotional reaction, deal with others' emotional reaction properly, solve emotional difficulties, and stimulate positive emotional reaction. By doing so, teachers can reduce the conflicts with students and encourage students to learn. Once students can learn efficiently, teachers can promote their teaching efficacy. The researcher of the study tries to understand the meaning and characteristics of emotion, explore the related theories of emotional management, and analyze the importance of teachers' emotional management in junior high schools. The researcher hopes to indicate the relationship between teachers' emotional management and teaching efficacy. At last, three suggestions are concerned: 1. Teachers should cultivate positive thinking abilities through joining symposiums or pursuing further education. 2. Schools should encourage teachers to interact and communicate with one another by sharing their succeed experiences. 3. Schools should offer assistance or facilities to reduce teachers' physical and mental stresses. The researcher hopes that the study can be useful for those who are interested in this subject.
