本研究目的旨在探討國民小學訓導人員工作壓力、因應策略與工作效能之現況與相關情形，並探討不同背景的國民小學訓導人員在工作壓力、因應策略與工作效能的差異情形。 本研究以問卷調查法進行研究，針對臺中市公立國民小學的訓導人員為研究對象，採普查方式進行問卷調查，共發出345 份問卷，所得有效問卷為278 份，回收率為80.58％，資料分析以SPSS 統計套裝軟體進行描述性統計、項目分析、因素分析及Pearson 積差相關等進行分析。 本研究根據研究結果獲致以下結論： 1. 國小訓導人員普遍對其行政工作存有中等程度以下的壓力，其中以「工作負荷」為主要壓力來源。 2. 國小訓導人員面對工作壓力所採取之相關因應策略的頻率為中高程度以上，較常使用「尋求支持」的方式來因應壓力。 3. 國小體育組長之工作效能現況屬中高以上的程度，各層面的效能表現皆相當平均，其中以「行政運作」的表現最佳。 4. 國小體育組長在工作壓力與因應策略之間、工作壓力與工作效能之間具有顯著負相關；壓力的因應策略與工作效能之間具有顯著正相關。
This research aims to investigate current status and correlation among work stress, coping strategies and work efficiency of staff of student affairs division in elementary school. And also to find out difference of work stress, coping strategies, and work efficiency of staff of student affairs division in elementary school with different background. A questionnaire survey was adopted in this study. The questionnaire was sent to 345 staffs of student affairs division in elementary school in Taichung city. Finally, 278 valid replies were obtained for the questionnaire (collection rate: 80.58%). Collected data was analyzed by SPSS for Windows. Statistical methods used in this study include item analysis, factor analysis, descriptive statistics and Pearson’s produce-moment correlation. Conclusions of this study are listed as follows: 1. Work stress of staff of student affairs division in elementary school is under middle level and is mostly induced by “work load”. 2. The frequency of use of coping strategies is upper-middle level, and seeking someone’s support is the most frequently used strategy. 3. Work efficiency of section chief of physical education in elementary school is upper-middle level. The “administrative operation” is the best one. 4. There is negative significant correlation between work stress and coping strategies. And, it is negative significant correlation between work stress and work efficiency too. But there is positive significant correlation between coping strategies and work efficiency.
