本研究以 2,058 位50 歲以上長者為對象(男799 人，女1,259 人)以自編量表來測量安康學習旅遊興趣與服務重要性覺知，並針對其不同背景變項進行差異比較分析。結果顯示安康學習旅遊興趣有六大構面，身：健身體適能與美容護理、心：生命意義與自我提升、靈：身心放鬆與靈性體驗、營養與健康：養生餐食與健康諮詢、社會接觸：文化與社會接觸、環境敏感度：自然資源與環境認識。其中以環境敏感度與社會接觸平均最高。服務重要性則有服務人員相關專業能力、安康學習設施與服務、使用價格三大構面，以服務人員相關專業能力最受重視。整體而言，社經地位較高、女性、50-64 歲之長者對安康學習旅遊較有興趣，也較重視相關服務。建議業者未來可開發長者安康學習旅遊並對應提供差異化行程設計與旅館服務。
The purpose of this study is to explore and analyze the older adults market of wellness learning travel. By using a questionnaire survey, 2,058 adults of age 50 and above with various backgrounds are involved in the study. Six wellness learning factors are found.They are: (1) spirit (relaxation/ spiritual experiences), (2) mind (meaning in life/self-promotion), (3) health & nutrition, (4) cultural and social contacts, (5) outdoor &environmental cognition, and (6) body (physical fitness/ beauty care). Older adults have high interests in all the wellness learning factors, especially in the factors of outdoor &environmental cognition and cultural & social contacts. In addition, they perceive high importance of service personnels and also consider the related learning facilities and the price. In general, the groups with higher levels of socioeconomic status (education, past occupation, disposable income), females, and with younger age have higher interested in wellness learning travel and perceive higher levels of the importance for the related personnels, services and price. It is suggested that wellness learning travel packages and services for hotel should be designed accordingly to meet the interests of older adults with diversified backgrounds.
