題名:知識創新對企業核心競爭力的影響--日本企業在臺灣案例分析

隨著全球競爭不斷加據,企業創新活動越來越複染,面臨市場環境和競爭環境發生了深刻的變化,企業如何在激烈的競爭環境中保持競爭優勢,是企業所面臨的嚴峻課題題。本文以深度訪談法訪談企業資深主管,就日本企業在臺灣的知識管理應用,進行比較和分析研究,主要研究內容包括:進行企業內部知識創新影響因素與知識創新型態及組織績效之間的實證分析;探究知識創造螺旋模式與知識創新影響因素的交互作用,對於知識創新型態是否具有正向增強作用。將企業內部之知識管理進行比較和分析研究,進而歸納出日本企業在台灣的知識管理主要特點和特定需求。研究結果顯示,知識創新型態及組織績效之間呈正向關係,亦即企業內部的知識創新不僅是企業不斷發展、保持活力和競爭優勢的推動力,也是帶動企業利潤的重要動力。
Along with the growing global competition, the knowledge innovation within enterprises has increasingly become complex. Facing the competitive market environment, it is a harsh task to maintain a competitive advantage among enterprises. Using in-depth interview method, the author interviewed senior executives of Japanese companies in Taiwan to analyze their knowledge management. The research topics in this study include a) conducting an empirical analysis among influencing factors of internal knowledge innovation, patterns of knowledge innovation, and organizational performance, b) exploring if the interaction between knowledge creation spiral model and influencing factors of knowledge innovation has positive reinforcement on patterns of knowledge innovation, and c) comparing and analyzing internal knowledge management to deduct the knowledge management characteristics and specific needs of Japanese companies in Taiwan. The result shows a significant positive relation between patterns of knowledge innovation and organizational performance. That is, the internal knowledge innovation is not only an impetus for enterprises to continue to develop and maintain competitive advantages but also an essential factor to motivate enterprises' profit.
