本研究主在探討社工人員情緒感染的測量模式、現況以及情緒感染與心理復原力、工作壓力的潛在關聯。研究者採用問卷調查法,以374名社工人員為受試者,透過情緒感染量表、心理復原力量表、工作壓力量表來蒐集實證資料。問卷調查所得實證資料透過驗證性因素、單一樣本t考驗和結構方程模式進行資料處理,分析結果顯示情緒感染二階二因素(正負向情緒感染)一階四因素測量模式,整體模式適配度良好。複核效度分析證實情緒感染二階測量模式具有跨樣本穩定性。現況分析顯示,社工人員的正向情緒感染能力較差。社工人員情緒感染與心理復原力、工作壓力之間具有顯著關聯。而且正負向情緒感染的作用方向不一樣,正向情緒感染可以提升心理復原力,降低工作壓力,而負向情緒感染則是降低心理復原力,增加工作壓力。
The main purposes of this study were to develop a theory-based measure of emotional contagion, and explore potential association among emotional contagion, psychological resilience, and job stress of social workers. A sample of 374 social workers completed self-report measures of emotional contagion, psychological resilience, and job stress. The obtained data were analyzed by confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation modeling. Statistical analysis yielded the following results. First, second-order two factor and first-order four factor model (second-order measurement model) of emotional contagion performed adequate goodness of fit. Second, cross-validation of emotional contagion second-order measurement model is confirmed. Third, there was significantly correlation among emotional contagion, psychological resilience, and job stress of social workers.
