本文旨在探討澳門博彩業莊荷工作壓力及工作-家庭衝突的現況,並比較個人背景對工作壓力及工作-家庭衝突的影響,從而使工作壓力及工作-家庭衝突在工作滿意度上所顯示的差異情況。透過考察莊荷工作-家庭衝突對工作壓力與工作滿意度之間的關係,分析影響工作滿意度的原因。文章對澳門娛樂場發放的589份問卷分析後發現,莊荷的工作壓力及工作-家庭衝突不會因性別、學歷及工作年資有顯著的差異之分,工作壓力及工作-家庭衝突多產生在35歲以下。研究結論支持了提出的假設,提醒博彩業界要注重年輕博彩莊荷的工作壓力與家庭衝突問題,提升其工作滿意度。
Table dealer’s work stress and job satisfaction in Macau are deeply discuss in the paper, according to individuals background of each work family conflicts and work stress, to find the differentia between the job satisfaction, work stress and work-family conflicts. The reasons of effect of job satisfaction can be analyzed by the investigation on the relationship between the work stress and job satisfaction on the work-family conflicts. According to the analysis of 589 questionnaire get from the Macau Casinos, the evident can be found that there is significant difference for staffs under 35 years old between work stress and work-family conflicts, but for their gender, education and seniority. All hypotheses are supported by the findings to minder for the gambling management to focus on the issue of work family conflicts and work stress for the reason of improvement of the young staff’s job satisfaction.
